There is a support system built into Plus Edit that allows administrators to create new support 'tickets' within Global Office. When a new support ticket is created, the Plus Edit team will receive it straight away ensuring that your question is dealt with quickly.

 

The support section also shows closed support tickets meaning that you will be see the answers to previous support tickets.

We also have our local-rate telephone number to assist customers with their support questions.
