Online Forms

Forms are ideal for capturing information from your site visitors and with Plus Edit they can be created for any purpose.

 

Forms are commonly used for 'Contact Us' or 'More Information' pages allowing visitors to request more information online.

 

Each form you create can have up to 30 different fields which can be just text or can be multiple choice options.

 

To prevent forms from being abused by automatic 'spammers', each form can also have a random verification number which will have to be entered by the user before the form is submitted.

Forms can be setup in Plus Edit so that when a form is completed the details are automatically sent to a nominated email address meaning that your business can receive that data straight away.

 

The completed details are also stored online through the Global Office control panel meaning that authorised people can access and view the details.

 

Completed data can then be downloaded in CSV format and viewing in Excel making it easy to see comparisons and produce graphs based on your form data.
