Who is Plus Edit for?
Plus Edit is ideal for businesses and organisations of all sizes that want an easy to manage website. Plus Edit can grow as your organisation grows, so if you are just a one person organisation or a multinational company you can use the features of Plus Edit.
I already have a web address - can I transfer it?
Yes - if you have a web address then we can transfer it into Plus Edit for you
What support is provided by Plus Edit?
Technical support is fully provided by our friendly support staff. We are always just an email or phone call away and will be happy to help with any aspect of your PlusEdit site.
Will we have to pay to setup our website?
There are no setup fees for Plus Edit. The only price is the low subscription price which includes web hosting and support. If you do want us to create a custom design for your site then we can do this - please see our prices for more information.
Will we have to pay for new features to the PlusEdit software?
As part of the Plus Edit pricing we also include free updates to our software. This means that when we add a new feature to Plus Edit, your site will automatically be updated with great new enhancements.
Can we copy our existing website into Plus Edit?
It is not possible to automatically convert your existing website into a new Plus Edit website, but you will be able to paste your content from your website into Plus Edit.
Why pay for a website when we can create one ourselves?
Many businesses have come to us after their frustration with an existing site being difficault or expensive to update.. With Plus Edit, your website will be ready to go and because it is so easy to update it means that anyone with the proper access to Plus Edit's Global Officewill be able to update it.
 Will there be adverts on my website?
There will be no adverts placed on your Plus Edit website
Is there a minimum contract period?
Whilst we do look forward to a lifetime partnership with our customers, there is no minimum contract period and you are free to stop using Plus Edit.
What if we decide to cancel?
We are sure you will be happy with your Plus Edit site and will join the hundreds of customers for many years. However you are free to cancel your Plus Edit website at anytime. Your web address is owned by your business/ organisation so you will be able to move this to another host if required. You will not be refunded for any months that you have previously paid for.
